Greetings from Faculty of Management Studies and Faculty of Commerce, Gopal Narayan Singh University

Gopal Narayan Singh University, Jamuhar (Rohtas), Established in 2018, is a prominent private university in Bihar, India. Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), GNSU aims to provide the best education across various disciplines. With a sprawling campus spread over 80+ acres, the university offers a diverse range of programs and has become a hub of academic excellence in the region.

GNSU is committed to nurturing talent and empowering students to excel in their chosen fields. The university boasts several faculties dedicated to different areas of study. These include the Faculty of Medical College & Hospital, Management Studies, Commerce, Nursing, Information Technology, Law, Pharmacy, Paramedical Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Mass Communication & Journalism, the Department of Library & Information Sciences, the Department of Engineering, and the Department of Education. This comprehensive range of faculties caters to the diverse interests and career aspirations of students.

In ancient times, India has always been a great attraction for the world for its educational advancements. Bihar, in particular, with institutions like Nalanda and Vikramshila Unversity had played a pivotal role in attaining India her status of “Vishwaguru” in ancient times. Scholars from across the world use to flock to ancient Bihar for the enlightenment of knowledge. But with passage of time things deteriorated very fast. From people coming to this part of the world for seeking knowledge and wisdom to mass immigration of youths in search of education and employment, it is a complete reversal of the situation now.

Management and Commerce studies started in the University in the year 2018. The core strength of the faculties are the dedicated and highly skilled teachers. It is our proud privilege and pleasure to inform you that the journal of faculty entitled “Narayan Journal of Management and Commerce”. A Refereed and Peer Reviewed Journal of Contemporary Management and Commerce Research (ISSN- Applied), is having publishing frequency of once in a year.

In order to encourage academicians, thinkers, experts, professionals, practitioners, researchers, and students to exchange knowledge and experiences, Narayan Journal of Management and Commerce was launched as a research journal of Contemporary Management and Commerce Research.

The publication of research findings in a range of business and management and commerce fields, including multidisciplinary research consisting of case studies, research papers, corporate experiences, book reviews, and updates on recent business innovations, is one of its goals.  We would like to use this opportunity to kindly ask you to submit an original, thought-provoking research paper for the journal to publish.
